Participation in the Tostini Academy requires one adhesion per day, choosing one of the packages proposed by the Academy. The classes of the participants are followed by an AST trainer (authorized SCA Trainer): Fatima Marcìas. Fatima is called the “personal trainer of the cafeteria”. Since 2013, in fact, it has been helping coffee professionals to improve and create new opportunities in their work. After traveling the world and participating in international events such as World Coffee in Berlin, today he dedicates himself to his latest challenge: The 5th ELEMENT FM TRAINER, his training activity that he exercises both online and in presence.

The training course of the academy will be accompanied by presentations, practical sessions and bibliographic insights.
