Tostini coffee comes not only from a raw material of excellent quality, but also from the ability and know-how involved in blending coffee beans of different origins.

These are selected by hand under Max’s watchful gaze in order to obtain a consistently-high-level product. The roasting process is carried out using cutting-edge technologies. However, temperature regulation and degrees of roasting are manual so as to maintain complete control over the quality of the final product: a touch of craftsmanship that makes a difference.

At the end of the roasting procedure, the temperature of the coffee beans is immediately reduced via an air cooling process. This allows for the desired roasting grade to be maintained. At this stage, the coffee is ready to be transferred into the roasted silos where it stays for approximately ten days to be matured. Only after this lengthy process can the coffee be packaged and sent to delight taste enthusiasts.
