LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
In accordance with the provisions of Title III, Part IV of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (so-called Consumer Code) Tostini guarantees that the products purchased on the Site are free of defects for a period of two years from the date of delivery, without prejudice to all the rights and remedies due to the consumer in application of the rules of the Consumer Code, including the right to restoration without charge by repair or replacement and, in the alternative, the other remedies provided for by art. 130 of the Consumer Code. “Defect” means a limitation or significant reduction of the suitability for use of the product in accordance with art. 129 of the Consumer Code. Not all defects resulting from negligent or improper use of the product are covered by this warranty. The defective product, if still covered by warranty, must be received at the service center together with a copy of the documents suitable to certify the purchase and the date of delivery. The delivery of the products will take place within 24/72 hours from the completion of the order or within 24/72 hours from the bank credit, if you choose the bank transfer as a payment method for direct shipments to Italy, 1/3 working days for shipments abroad
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by means of a communication to allow the identification of the Customer and the contract, to be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

Alternatively, the communication can be sent, within the same period, by e-mail email@example.com or fax +39 0975 395821. The withdrawal is effective only if exercised no later than 30 days from the date of delivery of the products. Tostini as soon as received the notice of withdrawal will contact the Customer by telephone without delay in order to communicate the address of the place where the products must be returned; the Consumer will then take care of the return of the products to Tostini in accordance with these indications no later than the following 14 days.
Tostini, in the times and methods agreed with the Customer, will return in full the amount paid by the Customer. An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the products to be returned.
