Delivery times vary depending on the payment method chosen by the same. The delivery of the products takes place within 24/48 working hours from the completion of the order or within 24/48 hours from the bank credit, if you choose the bank transfer as a payment method. The shipping time process is as follows:
A) Day 0 – Receipt of the order
the back office processes orders received by 12 am; otherwise they are processed the following day. The same goes for orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays: they will be processed on the first working day following that of the order itself. The order is processed depending on the payment method chosen, and in particular:
– if the payment method chosen is CREDIT CARD, AMAZON PAY or PayPal the order will be processed on the same day;
– if the payment method chosen is BANK TRANSFER, the order will be processed when the credit will be displayed on the bank account of the Company Tostini S.r.l.
B) Day 1 – Courier Freight Forwarder
If the order is received by 12 am the Courier Forwarder will collect the goods by 18.00 at our warehouses. The courier will be given the Accompanying Invoice containing the destination location and any notes included in the order. At the same time as the collection of the product, an e-mail will be sent to the customer containing the Shipping Number; this will allow the customer to follow in real time on the courier’s website the delivery status and estimated times.
C) Day 2 – Delivery of goods
The product will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of order confirmation.

Standard Delivery:
delivery takes place within 24/72 hours from the date of entrustment to the Courier for shipments addressed to Italy or 1/3 working days from the date of entrustment to the Courier for shipments addressed abroad.
In detail: we deliver in a maximum of 48 hours from when we entrust the goods to the courier. For the whole of Italy, including the islands, the cost of shipping is indicated at the time of the order. In addition, the timing described above for the Islands may vary according to unpredictable elements: for example, adverse weather conditions etc.
